With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jacoline works with high achievers, business owners and families with wealth to ensure they are provided with dynamic asset management and wealth management services. 

She brings comprehensive wealth planning insight to help clients navigate their complex situations and incorporate these into their financial, professional and philanthropy goals. Positioning herself as navigator to each client’s blueprint, she focuses on the client experience and those undergoing business and personal transitions. Her approach brings the highly-customized, UBS expertise to wealth management.

Jacoline leads business development for UBS Bank (Canada) Wealth Management and drives the FinTech development in open banking.

Jacoline is the author of three best-selling business books, used as text books by universities.

Jacoline earned her B.A. in Industrial Relations from McGill University.Jacoline completed the Institute of Corporate Directors, Directors Education Program and has the ICD.D designation from the University of Toronto. She holds a BA in Industrial Relations from McGill University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand, her MBA thesis was published by Cambridge University UK.

Outside of the office, Jacoline is committed to supporting her entrepreneur community. She serves as a director on the boards of The Atmospheric Fund, City of Toronto, and former Chair of TAF investment committee managing a $100M endowment. She is also a director with OCAD University as Chair of the Imagination Catalyst and also on the board of the fund raising committee. She served the Ivey University Business Plan Competition and a director on the Private Capital Markets Association board. She is passionate about the arts and dedicates time to the McMichael Art Gallery fund raising board.  

Jacoline has been recognized by The Ticker Club, Canada’s premier private finance club, as one of its top Market Forecasters in 2017 and 2018. She was awarded the trophy for #1 Market Forecaster by The Ticker Club. In 2017, she was ranked #6 on the Top 100 family business influencers on social media. She was selected for 50 diverse board-ready candidates in the Canadian Board Diversity Council’s Diversity 50.

She is a guest columnist to the online platform of the Globe & Mail, served as a lecturer at Ivey and Rotman Universities, was an honorary director of the Rotman School of Management MBA IMC program, and a regular panelist on BNN: The Pitch.
